Bet & Payout Limits

Limits keep individual games and markets solvent, which is what makes a large win payable. At XOXO Gaming they apply per bet and per customer, and the figure that applies is always shown where you place the bet.

Minimum and maximum stakes

Each game and each market carries its own minimum and maximum stake. A live market usually carries a lower maximum than the same market before the event starts, because the price moves faster.

Maximum payout

Winnings are capped per bet and, on some markets, per event. Where a bet would return more than the cap, the payout is the cap and the excess is not paid. The cap is displayed before you confirm the bet, never after.

Withdrawal ceilings

Daily and monthly withdrawal ceilings apply and are shown in the cashier. A win larger than the ceiling is paid in instalments, in full, until it is settled - the ceiling delays a payout, it never reduces one.

Individual limits

We may set a lower limit on an individual account, for example where responsible-gaming or risk checks call for it. Where we do, you are told the figure that applies.
