Limits & Time-outs

Every tool below is in your XOXO Gaming account settings, takes effect immediately, and can be tightened whenever you want. A limit that reduces your exposure applies at once; one that increases it waits.

Deposit limits

Cap what you can deposit per day, per week or per month. A lower limit applies immediately. A higher one takes effect only after a cooling-off period, so it can never be raised in the moment.

Loss and wager limits

Cap net losses, or total stakes, over a chosen period. When the cap is reached, play stops for the remainder of that period and the limit cannot be lifted early.

Session limits and reality checks

Set how long a single session may run, and how often you are shown your elapsed time and your net position. The reminder interrupts play deliberately.

Time-out

Lock the account for anything from 24 hours to six weeks. A time-out cannot be reversed once started, and you will not be sent marketing while it runs.

Self-exclusion

A longer and deliberately irreversible break of six months or more. Read the Responsible Gaming page before choosing it, and talk to support if you are unsure which tool fits.
