How we work

Remote-first with a few overlapping core hours, small teams that own what they ship end to end, and a deliberately short path from a decision being made to it being live.

What we look for

People who read a system before changing it, who write clearly, and who are comfortable being the person accountable for a call. Domain experience is welcome; it is not a requirement.
