Bonus Terms

These terms apply to every bonus, free spin and promotional credit offered by XOXO Gaming, alongside our general Terms & Conditions. Where a specific promotion says something different, the promotion wins.

Wagering requirements

A bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the balance can be withdrawn. The multiplier, the qualifying period and the games that contribute - and at what rate - are stated on each promotion before you opt in.

One per person

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address unless a promotion says otherwise. Accounts found to be linked share a single entitlement.

Maximum bet and maximum win

While wagering a bonus, a maximum stake per round applies, and winnings from bonus funds may be capped. Both figures are shown on the promotion.

Promotion abuse

Low-risk, zero-risk or opposite betting placed to clear wagering, and any attempt to hold multiple accounts, will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Your own deposited funds are never affected.

Expiry and changes

An unused bonus expires on the date shown on the promotion. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time; a change never affects a bonus already granted and in play.
