Betting Rules

These rules govern how bets are accepted and settled at XOXO Gaming. They sit alongside the specific rules published for each sport.

Acceptance

A bet exists only once it appears in your bet history. A bet submitted after an event has started, or on a price that has already moved, may be rejected or re-offered at the current price.

Settlement

Markets settle on the official result of the governing body at the time of settlement. Later amendments, appeals, disqualifications or reallocations of a result do not change a settled bet.

Void bets

A bet is void and the stake returned where an event is abandoned before the stated minimum play, where a market was offered in error, or where a listed participant does not take part. A void leg inside a multiple reduces the multiple; it does not void the whole bet.

Obvious errors

A price offered at an obviously incorrect value - a transposed number, a decimal in the wrong place, a market left open after an event has moved on - may be voided or resettled at the price that should have applied.

Cash out

Cash out is offered at our discretion and may be suspended without notice, particularly in running. The value displayed at the moment you accept is the value paid.

Related contingencies

Selections whose outcomes are dependent may not be combined in a multiple. Where such a combination is accepted in error, it is settled as separate singles.
