Closing Your Account

You can close your XOXO Gaming account at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to tell us why.

Before you close

Withdraw your balance and let any open bets settle. Funds settling into a closed account can still be paid out, but it means re-opening a verification case, which is slower for both of us.

How to close

Use the closure option in your account settings, or ask support to do it. Closure is confirmed by email, and marketing stops at the same moment.

Closing is not self-exclusion

Closure is administrative and can be reversed on request. If you are stopping because gambling has become a problem, choose self-exclusion instead: it is designed to hold precisely when you change your mind.

Your data

We keep the records that law and our licence require us to keep, and delete the rest. The retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy.
