Nobody under 18 may hold an account or place a bet with XOXO Gaming. Where the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, that higher age applies and no exception is made.

How we check

Age is confirmed at registration and re-checked against documents before a first withdrawal. Accounts that cannot pass an age check are suspended until they can.

If an underage account is found

The account is closed immediately, all winnings are voided, and deposits are returned to the source they came from.
